Player Agreement

1. Term and Compensation
The Player shall receive a monthly salary of $4,500, paid on the first of each month, plus performance bonuses set out in Schedule A. The term runs twelve (12) months from the Effective DateBlu and renews by mutual agreement.
2. Signing Bonus
A one-time signing bonus of $5,000 is payable within fourteen (14) days of the Effective Date, subject to the Player passing a standard medical and eligibility check.
3. Performance Bonuses
Tournament placement bonuses, MVP awards, and qualification incentives are detailed in Schedule A and paid within thirty (30) days of the qualifying event.
4. Image and Likeness Rights
The Org may use the Player’s name, likeness, and gameplay footage across its channels for the term of this Agreement and for a reasonable archival period thereafter.
5. Streaming and Content
The Player shall stream a minimum of twenty (20) hours per month on Org-approved platforms, wearing current team branding, with revenue split as set out in Schedule B.
6. Code of Conduct
The Player shall uphold the Org’s code of conduct on and off broadcast, including anti-cheat, anti-harassment, and sponsor-safety obligations.
7. Termination
Either party may end this Agreement with thirty (30) days’ written notice. A buyout will apply if the Player transfers mid-term.

8. Confidentiality
The Player shall keep all team strategy, rosters, and internal information confidential during and after the term.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Player’s state of residence. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration.
